Advances in technology have brought a changing job market for today's high school and college graduates.  Jobs created between now and the year 2005 will require higher skill levels.  Those entering the work force for the first time will face stiff competition for the best jobs, according to the state Department of Labor and Industry Labor Market Job Guide 1998.
