Are you in need of a referesher course in math or English?
Do you need to improve your skills for that job promotion?
The Adult Basic Education Classes might be just what you
need.
Adults whose reading and/or math skills are below the 9th
grade level will benefit from Adult Basic Education (ABE)
classes. Adults in ABE classes receive individual
attention, appropriate instruction, and educational
materials to advance into a GED program or reach minimumim
competencies for employment.
Who’s Eligible for Testing?
Adults are eligible to enroll in the Adult Basic Education
Program if they want to:
- Learn Basic Skills
- Attain a level of Personal
Fulfillment
- Attain Minimum Competencies for
Employment
Is There A Cost?
No. The classes are FREE.
This program is available through a grant from the
Department of Education.
