Satisfactory Progress
Satisfactory progress is defined as a "C" or GPA 2.0.
Unsatisfactory progress in two consecutive terms will result
in the suspension of all financial aid until a 2.0 is
achieved. Students receiving financial aid must complete the
program at the rate of 1.5% of the time it normally takes to
complete the program.
*NOTE: Practical Nursing {satisfactory progress = 80% or
above}.
Incomplete
An "incomplete" may be given for a course only in the 1st, 2nd,
or 3rd terms. No "incomplete" may be given in the 4th term. A
student has 15 days to make up an "incomplete" grade or the
"incomplete" converts to an "F". It is the student’s
responsibility to schedule a conference with the instructor to
outline a plan to complete the required course work.
