Refund Schedule is based on QUARTERLY
COSTSA student who
withdraws, takes a leave of absence, or is terminated from a
program will be subject to the following refund policy after
the first full class day:

The tuition
refund shall be based on each term payment.

When determining refunds, the following
fees will be considered NON-REFUNDABLE:
• $20.00 Application Fee
• $50.00 Enrollment Deposit Fees
• All Books, Uniforms, and Medical Fees
Student refunds may be subjected to
Federal refund policies. Factors determining this are:
• the date of withdrawal
• hours of attendance
• student status
• last day of attendance

the return amounts will be repaid using the following
sources, in order listed, up to the total net amount

*LEAVE OF ABSENCE POLICY
(for students receiving Title IV Funding)
1.) There must be a written request for
the leave-of-absence
2.) There must be an approval for the leave-of-absence from
the Schuylkill Technology Center
3.) An approved leave-of-absence documentation must be in
student’s file
4.) There will be no disbursements made during a
leave-of-absence
5.) The leave-of-absence may not exceed 180 days in a 12
month period
6.) A student may be approved for multiple leave-of-absences
7.) A student must return to the program at the exact point
of taking the leave-of-absence
8.) If the student does not return at the end of the
leave-of-absence, financial aid must be calculated based on
the date that the student last attended
Notification of
termination, withdrawal and/or leave of absence from
programs must be submitted in writing to the Admissions
Office.
