The Schuylkill Intermediate Unit 29 operates a
computerized electronic Individualized Education
Plan (I.E.P. Writer) system for the purpose of
automating the development, storage, and retrieval
of Individualized Educational Plans (I.E.P.s) and
their related forms. All messages, documents,
files, and associated content generated on or
entered into this system are the property of
Schuylkill Intermediate Unit 29 and subject to all
State and Federal laws and regulations governing
privacy, security, and record retention.
Employees will only use this system
for its intended purpose.
