1. Secure the correct Service Code prior to enrolling for this service. (Ask your agency/employer for the code, or visit the relevant website below or find the correct code on the Service Codes)

2.Enroll online or via phone.

3. Visit one of the Fingerprint locations listed below. Bring the proper identification and the correct form of payment. (Details of costs and proper identification can be found once  you complete your enrollment form)
