Viewing a Request (Maintenance)

You can view any request you have submitted by clicking on the My Requests tab.

To view your submitted requests:

• Hover your mouse over the Shortcuts links and click on My Maint Requests.
• Under My Maint Requests you will see up-to-date information on any request you have entered into the system.  Each request will include the current status, work order numbers and any notes.
• You can click on the number next to the status description in the Request Totals section to see all you requests makers with that status.
• If you are trying to locate a specific request, type a key word in the Search box and click Go.
• You can print out a copy of any request by clicking on the printer icon.
