Schuylkill Intermediate Unit 29

The Training and Consultation (TaC) staff provides technical assistance and training to help local school districts build the capacity to meet the educational needs of all students. 

The TaC staff supports districts in achieving these significant goals:

• To ensure that various services are available and used effectively in each school.
• To take a proactive approach, providing initial screening and direct intervention for students before they are referred for multidisciplinary evaluation.
• To successfully integrate students with disabilities into regular classrooms and community settings.
